Presenter Profile

Monthira Lerat, (Bambi) is a Zumba® Education Specialist (ZES™) who has been dancing since the age of 4. A former competitive dancer in Ballet and Jazz, she discovered Latin Dancing at the age of 16 and has never stopped dancing. With a background in performance arts, she loves to give it her 100%: every class she teaches, she brings party vibes and connects through musicality, emotions, and expressions, so that everyone feels connected in the same way. Bambi believes “Dance is a universal language, we all understand each other through the art of motion through music. A safe space for everyone to feel they belong”.

Monthira Lerat, หรือที่รู้จักกันดีในชื่อ แบมบี้ เป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญการสอนซุมบ้า (Zumba® Education Specialist: ZES™) เธอมีใจรักการเต้นตั้งแต่เด็ก ๆ เริ่มต้นเต้นตั้งแต่อายุ 4 ขวบ เธอเคยเป็นนักเต้นแข่งขันในประเภทบัลเล่ต์และแจ๊ส ก่อนจะมาหลงใหลในลาตินแดนซ์ (Latin Dance) ตั้งแต่อายุ 16 ปี ด้วยพื้นฐานด้านศิลปะการแสดง เธอจึงทุ่มเทเต็มที่กับทุกคลาสที่สอน สร้างบรรยากาศสนุกสนาน เชื่อมโยงผู้เรียนผ่านดนตรี อารมณ์ และการแสดงออก ทำให้ทุกคนรู้สึกถึงการเชื่อมโยงร่วมกัน  เธอเชื่อว่า “การเต้นเป็นภาษากลาง  เราทุกคนสามารถเข้าใจกันผ่านศิลปะแห่งการเคลื่อนไหว  และเสียงดนตรี  เป็นพื้นที่ปลอดภัยที่ทุกคนรู้สึกว่าตัวเองเป็นส่วนหนึ่ง”
