Cancellation/Refunds

  • Substitutions of one delegate for another will be accepted at no extra charge provided a written request is submitted to the conference organisers by 30th September 2024.
  • Registration cancellations must be made in writing to the event organisers at [email protected] and may be subject to refunds as per the following:
    • Up until Sunday, September 1st, 2024, 75% of registration fees will be refunded with a 25% deduction for administrative fees. Such refunds will be processed within 2 months of the event date.
    • From Monday, September 2nd onwards, no requests for refunds will be accepted. Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date.

Covid Cancellation

  • Cancellations or postponements due to COVID- 19 pandemic situation are exempt from this clause.
  • If AFC postpones the Conference or Post Conference due to force majeure – including COVID-19 government restrictions or Covid-19 will potentially impact the health and safety of the facilitators, delegates, exhibitors and others related to the event – delegates may
    • apply their fee payment to the next AFC Conference/workshop up to 18 months after the original start date,
    • transfer their registration to another candidate. Refunds cannot be provided during this time.

Disclaimer

Participating in exercise routines and/or using equipment provided by the Asia Fitness Conference (“Event”), may involve the risk of injury to delegates, whether caused by him/herself or any other party. Delegates acknowledge the risk of injury, disability and/or death and voluntarily accept such risk. Delegates shall avoid participating in any activity which may potentially cause or provoke harmful effects on his/her congenital disease.

Delegates will not hold FIT, nor their contractors, clients, or employees liable for any direct or indirect injury, including, but not limited to personal, bodily, or mental injury, economic loss, or any special, incidental, or consequential damages to delegate or unborn child (if any) resulting from the acts or omissions reasonably performed by their contractors, clients or employees within the scope of their authorisation or legal obligations required in diligently and prudently managing the Event, save for their willful or negligent act, or from the acts of other delegates or any third parties attending the Event.
