Showcase session

This year we also have our Showcase sessions on the Exhibition Stage! It is the perfect opportunity to interact with all our national and international delegates during the coffee breaks, lunches and to attract the attention of expo visitors. 

Your company will be able to present your latest fitness products, services, innovations, perform group exercise, workouts and much more!  You can select your own day and time. We work on a ‘First Come, First Served’ basis.   

Please find below more information about our Showcase Sessions:

• Live performances on a stage (4.88w x 2.45dx 0.50h) in the exhibition hall
• Time slots are 15 minutes long (including set-up and ‘tear’-down’).
• Sessions will take place during the conference breaks and lunch.
• AV equipment included: standard sound system, 1 wireless handheld mic, 2 headsets
• There will be an AFC MC who will do a short introduction and help you on stage.
